Posture
A good posture – straight shoulders
and back, chin high, projecting upward – is a sign that says we
believe in ourselves, and others perceive the signal we send with
our body.
We think we value ourselves,
that we think well of ourselves.
Aesthetically, then, clothes
fall better, and movements are more balanced.

posture also when sitting – we shouldn’t sink in the chair – because
it sends a negative message.
Last, a good posture acts as
a stimulant because it reminds us and help us to respect ourselves
.
