Colors

Coloring

The colorings of Winters and Autumns are stronger than those of Summers and Springs. Some color is missing from some of the palettes. For example, black is missing from the Summer palette, because it’s not a flattering color for Summers close to the face. Black is good for all winters, for Autumns with strong coloring and for Springs with dark hair and vivid skin.

Pure white is good only for Winters; the other seasons look better with soft whites.
Winters look awful in orange (and also with warm red and golden blond hair), which instead is a very good color for Autumns.

Even camel or light-medium browns are not particularly good for Winters, while they are perfect for Autumns.

Winters look drawn with pastels, which are very good for Summers

Summers, like Winters, look awful with orange, because they are (color) cold seasons.

Spring has medium and light colors, and some vivid colors, and it is the season which looks best with corals and salmons.

There are some colors – about a dozen – which can be worn by all seasons.
